    Allison Bell Royer, Class of 1985

    Judge Allison Bell Royer was born in El Paso, Texas, but grew up in Nottingham, Pennsylvania.  After graduation from Oxford, she received her B.A. in Government from the College of William and Mary in 1989.  She then received her J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School in 1992, as well as her L.L.M. in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law in 2008.  Judge Royer engaged in private practice from 1992 through 2015, handling civil, criminal, Orphan’s Court, and family law cases throughout this time period.  Judge Royer was elected to the Court of Common Pleas in November 2015 and took her oath of office in January, 2016.  Judge Royer currently volunteers her time to teach Continuing Legal Education courses for Pennsylvania attorneys through various providers. 


    Lenetta R. Lee, Class of 1981

    Lenetta Lee attended Temple University where she earned a Doctorate in Philosophy with a concentration in African-American Literature.  Lee also holds a master’s degree in Language Arts and Reading from Ohio State University and a BS in Early Childhood Education.  As the Dean of Students and Director of Residence Life at Lincoln University, she has provided leadership for the Judicial Board, Residence Hall Coordinators, Resident Advisors, and 62 additional student organizations.  She also served as a Code of Conduct Officer, including training directors and staff on sexual assault and the judicial process.  Throughout Lee’s career she has been a guest speaker at the All-African People’s Conference in Accra, Ghana, spent time volunteering at the Haskell Animal Welfare Committee, tutored students in reading and writing, and served as a motivational speaker.  She has two published books titled My Seven Other Mothers and A Blissful Day.   


    Todd Woodward, Class of 1990

    Todd Woodward is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania School of Design with a master’s degree in architecture.  Mr. Woodward is a member of the American Institute of Architects, as well as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional.  Mr. Woodward works as a Principal Architect of SMP Architects, a Philadelphia-based architectural firm that has earned national recognition for it’s leadership in environmentally responsible design.  Through SMP architects, Mr. Woodward has led design projects for non-profit organizations, educational institutions, and government agencies that value environmental impact as their prominent component.  Mr. Woodward is also a member of the Carpenters’ Company of the City and County of Philadelphia, serves as co-chair of the Editorial Board of Context, the Journal of AIA Philadelphia, and is an acting board member of Mount Airy Baseball.
