Poetry Contest Winners
Congratulations to the 2025 winners of the Oxford Area School District Poetry Contest sponsored by the OAHS National English Honor Society. NEHS Officers Jordyn Craft, Omar Chavez, Elena Kahn, and Gabe Swain visited schools this week to award the prizes. The winners are invited to read their poems at a public event at the Oxford Library on Friday, May 23rd. Click the invitation below to see the winners and their poetry.

The Oxford Borough Junior Council plays a vital role in representing the voices and perspectives of our youth within our community. It provides a platform for young individuals to voice their ideas, contribute to decision-making processes, and make a positive impact on the future of Oxford Borough. By participating in the Junior Council, students can apply their knowledge and skills in real-world settings, contribute meaningfully to community initiatives, and establish connections with local leaders and stakeholders. As a student, we would like you to consider applying for the Junior Council by completing and submitting the application below July 30, 2025.
