What is Bucket-Filling? It is our school-wide positive behavior program that encourages students to "fill" each other's invisible bucket by showing kindness, respect, responsibility, honesty, and putting forth effort. Each classroom has a bucket that gets filled with balls as the students show these traits. When class buckets are filled, they are added to a school-wide bucket in the lobby. When the school reaches certain targeted amounts of balls, the school then earns a reward, such as dressing up like a super hero!
