Ms. Warren and her husband, Kevin, have lived in the Oxford Area School District since 2004 and have two sons. Both boys attend Oxford Area High School; Finn is a junior and will graduate in 2019, and Connor is freshman and will graduate in 2021.

Ms. Warren grew up in a rural community in southern Delaware. She has a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in English from the University of Delaware and a Masters of Library and Information Science from San Jose State University. She has worked as a librarian in several public library systems as well as in a vocational school setting. 

When Ms. Warren and her family moved to the Oxford Area School District she began working as the office manager for her husband’s engineering firm, and worked there for 10 years. Currently, Ms. Warren volunteers weekly at the food pantry at Oxford Neighborhood Services Center and writes a blog about issues concerning poverty and food insecurity.

Ms. Warren is committed to quality public education for all students and believes in giving back to the community. She looks forward to her opportunity to serve on the school board and help make Oxford schools the best they can be.
